Todd Barbour
Founder & Partner
Todd began his career as a CPA with 7 years in public accounting, eventually focusing on construction clients and systems consulting. After leaving public accounting, he spent 5 years as a consultant and partner with a construction ERP business partner, building a team of consultants and implementing and supporting more than 100 clients.
In 2001, Todd launched a new business to address the need for a more specialized consulting practice geared toward helping construction and service businesses improve their processes, more fully and efficiently utilize their ERP and other systems, and develop tailored reporting and analytics from these systems. Todd’s team expanded into software development, including a highly functional field operations and workflow system for the construction and service industry. Since then, the team has developed an app, data and analytics platform guided by Todd’s 20+ years experience in the industry.

Todd Barbour is a former CPA with 25 years of industry experience, partnering with construction and service businesses to improve and implement systems and processes from ERP implementation all the way through executive analytics dashboards.
Joshua West
Partner & Senior Consultant
Joshua West is a data professional specializing in database design, integrations and data warehousing. Joshua has a Bachelor's degree in Finance with 12+ years experience in the Construction and Real Estate industry.
Margaret Slade
Senior Consultant
Margaret Slade is an experienced accounting systems consultant with a focus in web development and financial reporting solutions. Margaret has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with professional experience as a CPA and Financial Controller. She has over 15 years of experience in consulting within the Construction and Real estate industry.
Christina Hutchinson
Consultant
Cristina Hutchinson has almost five years of general accounting experience in the construction industry and using Vista by Viewpoint. She has successfully completed all four sections of the CPA exam and is currently fulfilling the education requirement with a Masters in Accounting from UMASS Amherst. She is excited to assist with your accounting and data analytics needs.

Our office is located in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina within the Spaces coworking community at the Crabtree Terrace commercial complex.
